My Collection: Berries
Outfits full of greens, blues, yellows; with bases of browns and greys. These colours inspired tropical dessert food dishes; hence the title Berries. This collection of nine outfits features many looks for fall ’07!

Outfit 1:

We begin with a white day-to-evening dress. This dress could easily be worn throughout the day and into the evening and still look fantastic! It is constructed with crepe fabric, the green hip sash is mostly made of satin. The dress is embellished with yellow beading that sways while the model walks down the runway.

Outfit 2:

This outfit is made with cotton and cashmere. It’s wonderfully soft and warmer, so it is perfect for a breezy fall day, or evening! It is a wonderful outfit for a night on the town! Acetate ties wind around the dress to accent gathers and curves. This dress is also embellished with many yellow beads!

You’ll notice a more casual tone as well follow up that night on the town with a cashmere sweater that’s striped blue and green. Yellow satin strips tie uniquely. Brown pants with top stitching on the wide waistband and down the fronts of both pant legs. A tie on the outside of the legs and gives a different, comfy, shape to them.

This outfit is perfect for school or out to lunch with friends! A brown jacket is over a blue tank, which coordinates ideally with the green skirt. The jacket is made with a gabardine type material, while the cuffs and base are made of cotton a small percentage of spandex for an elastic like quality. The blue tank top is made mostly of cotton with added lace at the bust line and at the base of the shirt. As you follow down the outfit, the skirt is created to drape in “puffs”, and flare at the base. A great fashion statement!

Following more of a Boho look, is a more casual/dressy look; which would appeal to those at a casual workplace or out for a lunch date. It is a very flowing outfit, that includes many casual aspects to create a very comfy, calming nature. The top is made of cotton and 1% spandex, to give it a little more fitting comfort. The pants are blue denim in a regular dark wash. Buttons were added for decoration, and the pant legs were folded up and stitched to stay that way.

Outfit 6:

This outfit is awesome, it combines laidback with dressy, for an outcome of put together and fun. The green portions of the shirt are mostly made of cotton, while the yellow contrasting material is a satin type fabric. The sleeves of the shirt are embellished with gold coin-like additions and beading. The skirt is made of 100% cotton knit; it flares more nearing the bottom of the skirt. It is also embellished with coin shaped beads, along with smaller beading that dangles at the bottom.

We move from a more casual top back to a dressier top. Although it is a dressier top, having it paired with such a casual top, creates a much more casual tone. Darts were used to give the top more shape and fit. Lots of beading was used to adorn the shirt. Taffeta and cotton blend was used for the effect the shirt displays.

Outfit 8:

This is a casual but funky cute outfit that would be perfect for school! The brown Sweater is embellished with blue satin strips. A regular t-shirt, accents the yellow “puff” skirt. Green leggings complete the look, and the outfit.

Outfit 9:

A cute cropped jacket follows the yellow “puff” skirt down the runway, made with mainly taffeta cotton blend. Large green buttons add a youthful feel to the piece. The dress is embellished with yellow beading all over the body of the garment, tying in with the rest of the collection. Along with the beading, yellow lave follows the top bust line, a low waist line, and the base of the dress. This outfit is perfect for a day to night experience, as well as casual AND formal!
